Booking, payment, and cancellation terms
These terms govern reservation confirmation, payment deadlines, and cancellation conditions for trips organised by Nomantis.
1. Booking confirmation
To confirm any trip organised by Nomantis, a deposit must be paid at the time of booking.
A booking will not be considered confirmed until the payment has been received and validated by the agency.
Places on group trips are limited and allocated in the order in which bookings are confirmed.
2. Payment of the remaining balance
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the departure date, unless a different deadline is expressly stated in the trip information.
For bookings made less than 30 days before departure, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking.
3. Traveller cancellation
If the traveller voluntarily cancels, the following conditions will apply:
Some services, especially flights, trains, tickets, or special activities, may be subject to different cancellation terms imposed by suppliers.
- Cancellation more than 31 days before departure: full refund of the amount paid, excluding any management fees where applicable.
- Cancellation between 30 and 16 days before departure: 50% of the total trip amount will be charged.
- Cancellation between 15 and 10 days before departure: 75% of the total trip amount will be charged.
- Cancellation less than 9 days before departure or no-show: 100% of the trip amount will be charged.
4. Cancellation due to minimum group size not being reached
Group trips are subject to a minimum number of participants in order to operate.
If the required minimum is not reached, Nomantis reserves the right to cancel the trip. In that case, the client will be entitled to:
- A full refund of all amounts paid.
- The option to switch to another available trip.
5. Transfer of the booking
The traveller may transfer their place to another person up to 8 days before departure, provided that the new participant meets the trip requirements.
Management fees or supplier costs may apply, especially for named transport tickets.
6. Changes
Nomantis may make changes to the itinerary or services when required by operational, logistical, or force majeure circumstances, always ensuring an equivalent quality alternative.
7. Force majeure
Nomantis is not responsible for cancellations or changes arising from extraordinary circumstances or force majeure situations, including but not limited to:
In such cases, alternatives or refunds will be offered in accordance with supplier terms and conditions.
- Natural disasters.
- Conflicts or security situations.
- Government restrictions.
- Transport cancellations.
8. Travel insurance
Taking out cancellation and travel assistance insurance is strongly recommended to cover unexpected personal situations that may prevent the trip from taking place.
